Hae mul tang



Hae mul tang is a spicy seafood soup. 'Hae mul' means seafood and 'tang' means a hot pot. In a hae mul tang, crabs, squids, shrimp and shellfish are the main seafoods. It is very tasty and also healthy food. Try it!

Jeon


Jeon is a pancake-like dishes in Korean cuisine. There are very many kinds of jeon. People use meats, seafoods, vegetables, mushrooms or other ingredients. Jeon is commonly eaten as an appetizer, as banchan (small side dishes), or as anju (food to eat while drinking). Jeon is also served as an important food for ceremonial table setting for ancestor worship and janchi feast or festival. It's really good with soybean sauce. I love it so much ^.T!

Bulgogi




Bulgogi is a Korean dish that usually consists of marinated barbecued beef, although chicken or pork may also be used. It tastes little bit sweat and salty. If it is a spicy bulgogi, we add the chilli sauce and make it sweet and very hot and spicy.
Bulgogi is believed to have originated during the Goguryeo era (37 BC–668 AD) when it was originally called maekjeok, with the beef being grilled on a skewer. It was called neobiani meaning "thinly spread" meat in the Joseon Dynasty and was traditionally prepared especially for the king.

Kimbap



Gimbap or kimbap is a popular Korean dish made from steamed white rice (bap) and various other ingredients, rolled in gim (sheets of dried laver seaweed) and served in bite-size slices. Usually, kimchi and hot soup is served with kimbab which make its taste a lot better. I love Kimbab because it has many kinds of ingredients in one dish and it tastes really good!

Bibimbap


Bibimbap is a popular Korean dish. The word literally means "mixed meal." Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating.
One of the most popular dish is called "Junju Bibimbap". Junju is a name of a city in the South of Korea. Because of Junju's special fresh bean sprouts and gochujang (chili pepper paste), many people love and come to try the dish.

Sundae

Sundae is a Korean dish made generally by boiling or steaming cow or pig's intestines that are stuffed with various ingredients. It is a kind of blood sausage and believed to have been eaten for a long time.Sometimes, sundae is made by a squid instead of intestines.

Spicy Korean Rice cake



This Korean rice cake is called "Ddukbokki". It's a one of the most popular hot and spicy snack in Korea. It can be found in any market. They're cheap and tasty and many students eat them with their friends after school.
