Jeon

Jeon is a pancake-like dishes in Korean cuisine. There are very many kinds of jeon. People use meats, seafoods, vegetables, mushrooms or other ingredients. Jeon is commonly eaten as an appetizer, as banchan (small side dishes), or as anju (food to eat while drinking). Jeon is also served as an important food for ceremonial table setting for ancestor worship and janchi feast or festival. It's really good with soybean sauce. I love it so much ^.T!
