Bibimbap

Bibimbap is a popular Korean dish. The word literally means "mixed meal." Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating.
One of the most popular dish is called "Junju Bibimbap". Junju is a name of a city in the South of Korea. Because of Junju's special fresh bean sprouts and gochujang (chili pepper paste), many people love and come to try the dish.
